Known for his caring nature and strong work ethic, Jason has consistently gone above and beyond in training and mentoring others. Stepping down as chief in 2025, he will continue to serve in a leadership role within the officer line. Jason’s commitment to developing both junior and probationary members has been instrumental in enhancing their skills and readiness.
